Informative document: Chicago Summit of NATO: The Weapons of Mass Destruction and Energy Security

Proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, particularly in the nuclear case and energy security were some of the subject matters issues in the last NATO Summit held in Chicago. Both have the potencial to affect NATO planning and Operations.
