Seventh generation of war: terrorism as the engine of security reordering.- César Augusto Niño González

As well as the wars were the engine of change in the international order for the formation of States, terrorism serves as a necessary catalyst in the reordering of international security. In the academic proposal to formulate the seventh generation of the war, it is intended to show critically the role in which the State and its security operators displayed strategic fissures that allow the structural effects. For this reason, this proposal throws a new conceptual dimension referring to the fact that modern terrorism must motivate a new architecture of international security.
