Democratic Republic of Congo: keys to the spiral of violence and crisis of constitutional succession of the head of State.- Kayamba Tshitshi Ndouba

The crisis of constitutional succession of President Joseph Kabila is leading the DR Congo to political collapse. The progressive dissolution of state authority through Congolese territory and the crisis affecting all spheres of national life can, through contagion effect, cause unpredictable damage to peace, stability and regional security. Based on this assumption, this paper analyzes some components of Congolese state’s failure and examines the internal and regional political implications of the widespread violence that devastate DR Congo.
