Corporate responsibility for the situation of violation of human rights in the Central African Republic.- Tania García Sedano

The existence of complex, long and international supply chains in which the networks of subsidiaries, suppliers, franchises, contractors and subcontractors collaborate, there is a higher percentage, than in the rest of the cases, of human rights violations.

This document analyzes the Judgment of the General Court of the European Union dated July 20, 2017, which ratified the decision to immobilize the capital of both companies, considering their responsibility for the situation in the Central African Republic to be accredited.
