The Palestinian issue: The last chance? (DIEEEA44-2012)

The President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, wants to request the recognition of Palestine as "observer State" at the United Nations. This IEEE´s document analyzes several implications of this decision considering the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict situation.
