Disorder and Rearmament in Asia Pacific (DIEEEA02-2013)

The rise of Asia-Pacific is an undeniable fact and as such, it represents an alteration of the existing geopolitical balance globally but also regionally. This creates a perception of disorder and insecurity that result in a vast process of rearmament and in attempts to rebalance the system. The large empty space covering 4000 million people gives a special prevalence to navies.
