Will China become an aggressive power? (DIEEEA15-2017)

Few today doubt that the international order is changing and the world of the next years will no longer be unipolar. Although the United States is unlikely to be replaced by another global power, the growth of the national power of new emerging powers, mainly  China, is setting a new order where no state will have hegemonic power nor it will be able to dictate the norms ff the international system. The international order is heading towards a bipolar system with two major dominant powers, China and the United States and a series of smaller powers that will orbit around them.
