The new trends in food and its impact on the defense (DIEEEA23-2017)

Between food technology and defense there is a direct relationship in both directions: the need to maintain well-fed troops encourages research and development of new technologies related to the food sector and, on the other hand, studies carried out by Nutritionists, scientists and psychologists to know how food influences the development of functions and the physical and mental health of people in the civil field, have application in the military.
