Takfir Wal-Hijra, between doctrine and radical jihadist terrorism (DIEEEO03-2013)

The takfir doctrine promulgated the reduction of a Muslim by another Muslim to the unfaithful category, or worse, an apostate, a traitor to his religion and therefore resigned to capital punishment. The terrorist network Al Qaeda has used this doctrine to justify the killings of Muslims since its inception.
Takfir wal-Hijra, translated from Arabic as Anathema and Exile (there are other transcripts that they name as Apostasy and Emigration or Excommunication and Hegira), is an ultra-radical Islamist movement sectarian Sunni orientation, emerged in Egypt in 1969 and inspired by Sukri Mustafa.
Through this paper aims to show an analysis of this doctrine of takfir and the movement that represents their maximum exponent: Takfir wal-Hijra.
