Opinion document: Climate change: reflections after the Warsaw Summit

From the concepts of climate and climate change, two main lines of thought about the origin of this and the consequences expected as the IPCC reports, with focus on Europe is exposed. The main conclusions and uncertainties recognized in the fourth report are also shown. Major advances in the recent summit in Warsaw are exposed as a step towards the new 2015 agreement.
