Reflections on the Problem of the Culture Defense (DIEEEO132-2014)

It has long been denounced the low level of defense culture in Spain. There are several reasons to be encouraged but it is especially important that society values what it means and are willing to defend it. There is some confusion in the use of terms of culture and consciousness, and that is what is defense and security. By culture is meant "knowledge that lead to a decision to act" and consciousness a "feeling based on data and ideas. Also interested in understanding that defense is a means to achieve the security they need people and companies, whose ultimate objective of peace. For a global reach spanning Plan actions in different areas, in which the objectives, adapting both ages, as sections of the society according to their previous attitude set is needed.
