The conflict in sub-Saharan Africa and Strategic Management regional conflicts (DIEEEA20-2014)

The global conflict is one of the current problems that most troubles States and International Organizations. In Africa this conjectural reality has led the States and increasingly, the frican Regional Organizations to develop warning and response systems, and create structures to support post-conflict strategies in order to recover the societies of this scourge and regionally, develop skills that enable the strategic management of regional conflicts. In this innovative paradigm, the African Organizations have been assuming a greater role in the operationalization of the African Peace and Security Architecture because this "innovative" security system constitutes a potentially proactive mechanism for responding to regional crises.
