The descent towards the chaos in Libya (DIEEEO54-2014)

The endemic violence, imposed by terrorist groups and by militiamen that remain on the ground almost three years after the end of the civil war in Libya, and the political and economic instability, are the most relevant realities defining this Maghreb country in security terms.
These handicaps are eclipsing the implementation of measures in terms of normalization, meanly those supported by international actors in order to reinforce the Libyan security and defense, training thousands of their members in and out of the country.
