The knowledge development (KD) (DIEEEO28-2015)

The knowledge development (KD) is presented as a pillar of the Effects Based Approach Operations (EBAO) may seem a novelty, but it is only a rationalization of what has been for a long time (gathering information) and what should have been done during the same (put all the information available to people that need it). NATO has developed this concept to a level, essentially, operational, but it is useful at the strategic and tactical levels. In this article we ask whether knowledge development could be extrapolated to the political level as well as the potential risks making a model of a system are analyzed.
