The death of Islam Karimov and the war of succession in Uzbekistan (DIEEEO123-2016)

The death of the Uzbek President Islam Karimov has opened a new page in the history of Uzbekistan, raising the riddle of his succession and the danger of a possible destabilization in the fragile region of Central Asia.
