The conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the crisis in April (DIEEEO59-2016)

In the first week of April we have witnessed a crisis in the Karabakh conflict. Skirmishes usually occur in the control line. However, the April Crisis has been a more serious incident than previous skirmishes. Nearly 200 people have died. The explanation to the crisis should be sought both in internal (economic crisis, protests etc...) and international causes (Russian-Turkish relation, Cold War between the U.S. and Russia etc...) The crisis has been resolved with a weak cease fire that might be broken at any time and whose consequences could not only affect to the region but to all Europe.
