The World Economic Forum has published the Global Risks Report 2012. The seventh edition of this report is based on a survey of 469 experts from industry, government, academia, and civil society, among which include members of the Forum itself, and has also had support from members of the Risk Response Network. That report includes a detailed description of risks and rigorous data analysis that examines 50 global risks divided into five categories: economic, environmental, geopolitical, societal and technological.
