The IAEA Board of Governors concluded its meeting of the year on 14 September 2012 after adopting a resolution urging Iran to cooperate with the Agency. The resolution, binding on Iran, takes into account the latest report from the IAEA that collects the conclusions of the inspections carried out in 2012 . This report concludes with the statement that the IAEA cannot confirm that Iran's nuclear program will not be diverted to military purposes.
