Kampala Convention: The hard road to the effective protection of African refugees (DIEEEI76-2012)

The African Union has adopted an important step towards the effective protection for millions of refugees and internally displaced people in that continent. After the Kampala Convention has come into effect, States and multilateral organizations have to center their efforts in the adoption of adecuate measures in order to yield the expected results.
