North Korea launches again (DIEEEA10-2017)

A new intercontinental ballistic missile test conducted by North Korea and the possibility that this time the North Korean regime had reached the necessary capabilities to reach the continental US has raised the tension in the international community. The characteristics of the launch, its military implications and the possible derivation of this process of continuous tension are briefly analyzed.
