J. Edwards, Vargas Llosa and the citizens' movement "Concordia Peru-Chile" (DIEEEI63-2012)

Coming soon, the International Court of Justice in The Hague will pronounce on the maritime border dispute, which for many years, confronts Chile and Peru. In order to help resolve it friendly way, two famous writers, Edwards and Varga Llosa, they have moved and have also mobilized the population of their respective countries, creating what they call the Citizens Movement Concordia.
