Is it possible to do without the space? (DIEEEO55-2013)

In this paper the question about if we can live without the space is posed. It develops the thesis of its strategic importance throughout the Spanish and the European Union activities. It concludes that space’s technologies are fundamental for the development social and economic of our society.
