The holding of the first democratic elections in Burma and the victory of party leader Aung San Suu Kyi, the National League for Democracy, offer an excellent opportunity to solve this issue, to ensure the democratic integration of all groups ethnic constituing the new Burma and to prevent segregation evolves the Muslim radicalism.
