Subaquatic Technology for Counterterrorism, Security and Defense (DIEEEO95-2013)

Three quarters of the planet Earth is covered by water. If we also take into account that many of the deep oceans to be found are higher than 4,000 meters, it is evident the enormous potential of the aquatic environment when planning an attack, an escape, etc.. Therefore are developing the technologies needed to cope with threats of all kinds for a country to suffer against their interests both in the sea coast and in international waters.
In this paper, I briefly discuss some of the latest advances in underwater technology and surely allowing to perform all kinds of operations that were previously impossible.
