Transitional justice and indigenous special jurisdiction (DIEEEO111-2016)

Transitional justice as a mechanism accepted by different international bodies to resolve conflicts and reach a reconciliation in the Colombian context, confronts the indigenous jurisdiction which since the 1991 Constitution has been in Colombia.
