Transitional justice as a mechanism accepted by different international bodies to resolve conflicts and reach a reconciliation in the Colombian context, confronts the indigenous jurisdiction which since the 1991 Constitution has been in Colombia. These communities, with their traditions, knowledge and ancestral customs, come to develop similar processes but not recognized by the State, for community living and harmony with the land and mother earth.
