The radical persuasive message: Jihadism and Social Networks (DIEEEO115-2015)

The jihadist terrorism is one of the big threats for the safety of the European continent. To stop this phenomenon, it is important to study its development in Western world because the radical speech that the terrorists use affects to certain population every day. These people live in marginal sectors in condition of exclusion.
This article analyses the terrorist message whose objective is to recruit followers, according to the tools of Marketing that these radical groups use as an strategy for loyalty. The beginning of the investigation is the conceptualization of the persuasive message as a fundamental element in the processes of communication of the jihadist terrorist.
Likewise, another proposal is to analyse the media used for the diffusion of the terrorist message. More specifically, the article analyses the Social Networks as a fundamental ideological vehicle that gives sense to the radical communities.
