Roundtable on the Concept of Constabulary Force (Friday 10 December, 9:00-11:00)
Speakers: There are two options here. Either the six plenary session speakers are reunited and engage in a dialogue with the audience, or a new batch of speakers comes on stage to discuss the main topic and exchange with the audience. The latter solution requires those interested in making themselves heard to let the Organizing Chair know about their intent as soon as possible. The only proposal so far is from Dr. Vincent Porteret (U. of Paris-I): "The Constabulary Concept and the Rise of Special Forces".
