Working paper:Implications of the shift of geopolitical power towards Asia-Pacific from the perspective of the EU and Latin America

International Collaboration Project between the Spanish Institute for Strategic Studies (IEEE) and the Center for Studies and Research Military of Chile (CESIM).  The following investigation is orientated to analyze and show the importance that the Asia-Pacific region has acquired in the past few years and its link with Latin America. The latter must be considered from a political and economic perspective; also from the involvement in international and regional organizations; and finally regarding security and defense, understanding that the topic is demanding, complex and challenging and of course, still in its full stage of development.
