Informative document: Towards a new Enlightenment. The Security and Defence of the future

Increasingly, the sociologist and thinkers believe in the idea that it is necessary to overturn, or at least a turn, to the forms and ways of living together, cohabitation among the most advanced countries or who believe they are in front of out, and of course international relations rethink, especially among the most powerful countries. This adventure, so far only intellectually, called the New Enlightenment, and also extends to the Security and Defense.
