Analysis document: Wales: new Summit of the NATO or the NATO again in the summit?

Throughout its history, NATO has adapted to changes in the security landscape; in higher-level meetings, such as summits, guidelines to follow are marked by the Alliance to ensure the fulfillment of its mission.
At the last summit in Cardiff (Wales) in September 2014, the strategic concept has not changed, but a final statement, because of the need to address the current global strategic security outlook was issued, in which, among other things, the idea of introducing certain changes in different areas to enhance the capabilities of the Alliance is strengthened.
Considering the security environment and the global situation, it´s possible that NATO be in a peak moment (understood as key to its future) in which the will of the member states allow the organization remains being a proper tool of security for respond to current and future threats and risks.
