The impact of the recent conflict in military education.- Ignacio Fuente Cobo

The increasing proliferation of scenarios for the armed forces makes it necessary to question what should be the ultimate aim of the military education, which is the knowledge to be taught to the future military leaders, so that they can conduct varied and complex missions successfully. To achieve this, it is necessary to draw the lessons learned from recent years´ military interventions, so that they can understand the world around them, the evolution that is experiencing the concept of security and the contribution of our military to it. The reflection and deep analysis of what they have been doing during recent conflicts, are the key elements to transform our military educational structures and to adapt them to the needs requirements of today.
