3D printers: A challenge to the battle against WMD proliferation.- Mar Hidalgo García

The malicious use of technological advances by non-state actors is one of the major challenges for the international community. The rapid development of information technologies and the possibility of “making a reality” that information through the use of 3D printers has generated a new risk scenario both for the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and the illicit trafficking in conventional arms.
