China, another view.- Francisco J. Fuentes Gil y Joaquín M. Pellicer Balsalobre

China´s geopolitical aspirations have been revealed during last two decades. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 was generated, what Brzezinski called a “black hole” in Central Asia, an empty space of power in a process of transition to an uni-multipolar world. China has founded a window of opportunity that may be used for a regional hegemony establishment. The question is if China is an actor with enough capabilities to make changes in the international statu quo. To answer this question, it is necessary to know how this rising is perceived by other in its environment, how China will develop its foreign policy and if its internal circumstances will allow it to evolve as a new power.
