The COVID-19 pandemic is showing a disunited world, without global fighting strategies, clear leaderships or capable organizations, in which the fight for health resources seems unsuitable for a globalized world. The high probability of future crises demands an unprecedented global effort that will only be possible by renewing the international institutional architecture that tries to protect human security.
