Constitutional questions on the state of alarm in Spain and the COVID-19 pandemic.- José Julio Fernández Rodríguez.

In this work we propose to describe from the constitutional point of view the key aspects of the declaration of the state of alarm, in connection with the problem of COVID-19, and also to carry out a more explanatory and analytical approach that will lead us to carry out a constructive criticism of the current situation in Spain. Geopolitical considerations are also made to help better understand the different aspects.
