The challenge of eliminating Syria chemical arsenal (DIEEEA48-2013)

The last 16 September, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon presented the report prepared by the inspector team to investigate the alleged use of chemical weapons in the Syrian conflict. The analysis of samples carried out in laboratories designated by the OPCW (Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons) confirmed what was obvious: the use of sarin gas on 21st August near Damascus.
