Antarctic Treaty’s (DIEEEA21-2014)

For more than 5 decades, Antarctica has been a sanctuary devoted to peace, cooperation and investigation, without owner. This document analyzes the Antarctic Treaty’s most relevant points, the role of Spain in that area, and the possibility to have a similar legal framework for the Arctic in the near future.
