The COP21 at a decisive moment in the fight against climate change (DIEEEA38-2015)

The United Nations Climate Change (COP 21) which will be held in Paris 2015 at the end of this year, is a key international meeting on the fight against climate change. It will be necessary to develop a new international climate change agreement that will cover all countries to limit global warming to a level below 2 ° C. Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) will largely determine whether the world achieves an ambitious 2015 agreement.
