Curently High Power Computing (DIEEEA43-2015)

Curently High Power Computing is a tool for scientific and technologic development. As a technology it may serve as an indicator of the development level and constitutes in this sense an important diplomatic tool. Applications where it may be used are very diverse and, among them, uses such us the modeling and development of armament are included. US and China have published norms limiting the export of this technology this year that can be considered as a clear message of the importance this technologies pose to the governments.
