The use of unmanned aerial systems, small size, low speed and low flight altitude (LSS, for its acronym in English) pose new challenges to the international order that should be defined and regulated for the consistency of the international and legal order. In this first approach - brief and provisional - the study focuses on determining, in particular, the legal challenges posed by the application of these new technologies in international humanitarian law (IHL).
