Ivory Coast, key piece of West Coast (DIEEEO24-2012)

Ivory Coast has gone from being considered the Ivorian miracle to be in a rebuilding physical and political reconstruction process after arriving to be close to being a failed State. The future can bring the country back to be a key piece in a region that blends interests in the southwest of the Sahel and the heart of West Africa and the Gulf of Guinea.
