The Latin American Summit of Heads of State and Government: a renewed relationship? (DIEEEO90-2012)

On Saturday November 17, the XXII Latin American Summit of Heads of State and Government ended in Cadiz (Spain). It was focused on the economy, in particular about the difficulties being faced by Spain and Portugal and the way the rest Latin American countries can support these two Member States. This position paper details the history, the institutionalization process, and the constraints faced today by the Latin American Summits.
