ESN-2013: Proposal for a National Security System (DIEEEO118-2013)

The development of practical models in national security strategies are absolutely vital to the defense and national security. The profound changes in the environment, the nature of the uncertainties, the very idea of security underlying the new strategic model Spanish through the National Security Strategy 2013. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model of National Security System based on our current security strategy that pivot on two columns will be robust as the proposal of the idea of sub-strategy, and secondly the design of a structure that meets the needs of actual application of our current ESN-2013.
