Cape Verde Republic, sanitary cooperation in the area of Security and Defense (DIEEEO108-2014)

Development and vulnerability are central concepts in international cooperation policy. These terms are addressed from the perspective of compressive approach of human security. In this regard, the Ministry of Defence has contributed in the Cape Verde Republic to promote a process of expansion capabilities to ensure sanitary reasonable levels of human development, with the aim of transforming the vulnerability capacity. The analysis of the social and health problems and their indicators will allow not only identify the most relevant problems that limit the expansion and development of health services for future action in this area, but also a better logistical and operational approach project.
