Cooperation in Latin America: The role of the IADB and the OAS (DIEEEO47-2014)

The purpose of this article is analyze the role that the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) has performed, as an advisor institution of the Organization of American States (OAS), in Latin America. It is relevant to comprehend this issue because nowadays the countries face a scenario that provides opportunities and threats that requires of cooperation to be overcome.
