Caucus and primary, the long road to the White House (DIEEEO52-2016)

The United States will go to the polls in November to decide who will be the successor of Barack Obama as president of this military and economic superpower. The Democratic candidates are Hillary Clinton, who is the favorite and could become the first woman president of the country, and Bernie Sanders, a senator who could become the first socialist tenant of the Oval Office. Donald Trump, a controversial magnate aggressive and populist who is sweeping the votes, is the main option of the republicans. Its main rival, Ted Cruz, a senator of Hispanic origin, abandoned the race. This text focuses on their main proposals in Defense and International Relations
