The fight for the planet and the future of the Spanish Armed Forces (DIEEEO28-2017)

Throughout history, the conceptions about the means and the most adequate ways to safeguard interests have always been impregnated with the vision about the planet and the environments whose dominion would guarantee this possibility (land, sea, air).

The need to carry out an adequate and objective analysis to align ends, means and ways adequately within the framework of the strategy (Diplomacy, Information/Intelligence, Military, Economic) is essential, because of this analysis derive all the planning and decisions at all levels.

At times, perceptions about certain aspects might detract rigor from this analysis, motivating issues related to the Armed Forces - and to other national capacities - to be influenced by them.
