COVID-19, existing and unexpected crises.- Fernando Martín Cubel.

This paper focuses on the perspective of the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic is having globally, leading to a multidimensional crisis. The pandemic is a challenge with two areas of analysis that are a faithful reflection of the existing reality. On the one hand, as a causal agent of the new crises we face, and on the other hand, as an aggravating element of those situations of tension and crisis that already exist. Therefore, this document approaches —from the basis of the global health crisis— this complex reality of different crises, some new, and others already existing in which the pandemic is going to be a decisive reality.
