The Nuclear Security Summit. Seoul 2012 (DIEEEI17-2012)

During these days has being held in Seoul, South Korea, the Nuclear Security Summit. With an eye to the sanctions against Iran and the veiled threat of an Israeli strike, the double play of North Korea which by one hand accepts return to the talks and stop its nuclear program in exchange for economic aid, while continuing preparations for the launch of a satellite rocket in what is considered the disguised test of a long-range ballistic missile, and the cooling of relations with Russia, with its veto of a United Nations Security Council resolution that condemn the Syrian regime of Bashar Al-Assad, in addition to their growing opposition to the ballistic missile defense of NATO. A situation very different from that, two years ago, when the Summit was held in Washington.
