Harassment of States in the 21st Century: Societies and Structures (DIEEEM22-2016)

Gustavo Bueno Martínez, creator of a Philosophical System and a Theory of Science, died last August (sit tibi terra levis).

Reading of his works I discovered a methodology that soon understood was applicable to the world of conflictology from specifications of Political Science. This paper tries to use specific concepts of booth, sytem and theory, in an attempt to implement a new analysis approach of events in recent history that continue to generate concerns of researches. Although I confess that the complexity of his thought maybe partly eludes me.
